Bank Details

Service Reminders

Your own wording — write these however you like. Use {{first_name}}, {{last_service_date}}, or {{address}} anywhere in the text and it'll be filled in automatically when a reminder goes out.

Email templates (up to 4 — pick one each time you send)
SMS templates (up to 4 — pick one each time you send. Aim for under ~300 characters including any link)

Invoice SMS templates

Tokens: {{first_name}}, {{invoice_number}}, {{amount}}, {{due_date}}, {{link}}, {{org_name}}. Leave either blank to use FieldOps' default wording instead.

Appointment reminder

Sent ad-hoc from a client's profile ("Remind Upcoming Appt") — the time itself is typed in per-send, not stored here. Tokens: {{first_name}}, {{address}}, {{time}}.

SMS (SMS Broadcast)

Needed for the SMS side of service reminders and invoice SMS. Use the API credentials from your SMS Broadcast account (log in at smsbroadcast.com.au → Settings → API Settings) — not your normal website login, they're a separate username/password pair.

Both must be mobile numbers registered to your SMS Broadcast account — a plain number avoids needing ACMA sender-ID registration for a business name. Service reminders and appointment reminders go out from the Reminders number if set; invoices and payment SMS always use the first number.

Square and SMTP credentials aren't editable here yet — those still need a direct API call to set up.
